Amber "Trilogy" Buzzer

An absolute must if your gonna fish small stllwaters in the North East!
This fly has accounted for many a Troot this side if the water

Body is.......(breathe in).......Pearl Tinsel, overlapped with Amber Flexifloss and couter ribbed with 250mA fuse wire! Phew Wink

Flexifloss doesnt stretch too far, which is ideal for overribbing tinsels Wink

Carl,

Fantastic buzzers there mate in this one do you do the full body with the pearl or do you rib it then put the floss over it.

Rib it mate, use as much tension as you can, obviously without breaking it, mylar is normally the best for strength.

Then on ur first turn or so, check for the flexifloss width against the width of the tinsel, adjust till u cover it as you wish.

Hope this helps
