Ginger flyi was fishing the straid again today ... blanked again ho hum
Anyway one of the guys who did catch was using what he called a ginger ?
Anybody know what this is ? all I can find online is the ginger quill fly

did he not show you? if he didnt i wudnt trust him, anglers lie about what they are catching on, just try a range of buzzers and diawl bachs or bibios and green peters

Andy,
That's unusual, I nearly always find other angler's to be extremely helpful. Perhaps the fact that he only quoted a colour might have meant that he was fishing buzzers, ginger being the colour of the buzzer he was catching on. Just a thought.

firey mate, i have witnessed it first hand at tildarg, i have no problem showing angler what im catching on but some anglers will give you a generic answer like buzzers, i even saw one angler tell me when i was working tht he was using nymphs, quite a vague statement despite the fact that he was stripping big lures through the water lol
