keep it simple,keep it simple lol i was sick hearing those words from my older Brother when we used to fish together and more often than not he was right,,,,,
we spend hours at the vice trying to come up with something new or simply changing old patters and revising them when sometimes it is a case of just "Keep it simple" by this i mean,the classic gold rib hares ear or peacock spider patterns etc etc,,,,,,
well this season wasn`t a great one for me i thought i would`ve done better but that's fishing for you,,,,in fact i would`ve had a lot less fish than i actually managed had it not been for one of the most Simplest patterns i used which was a size 16# Black body CDC courtesy of Adrian,, i kid you not, when i used this we fly it accounted for a good third of all the fish i had taken over the season and so so simple to tie so im gonna do a step by step for it (l m f a o) it`ll take me all of 45 seconds to tie
whats your most simplest of fly ?? and how well has it done for you
