Perch on the FlyOn one of my visits to Moorbrook Lodge I managed to tempt this mighty perch with a black buzzer lol
was returned safely to the water lol

Bristling and beautiful. I think perch almost shiver with aggression. That one is particularly well marked, the water must be very clear.
A good catch and nice to see it treated with the respect that such a beautiful creature deserves. Well done.

caught my first roach and perch on the fly at lough erne got the roach on a kate mcclaren and the perch on a golden olive bumble will hoke out the pictures and put them on

Yet to catch one on the fly, but I am sure it is only a matter of time. This is my biggest bait caught perch. Caught on swimfeeder and maggots from a lake in County Down. 2lb 2ozs.

If you use photobucket just use the edit function at the top left hand corner of each picture. Once on the edit page there is a resize option that includes preset sizes. The size on that post was medium.

Perch On the flyNice fish FF, reminds me of when I started getting addicted to fishing. Perch were always willing to take worms in a couple of lakes in Co Down when I was a kid
