QE2just watched the QE2 coming up belfast lough from work absoulutey georgeous

Myself and SWMBO went down to watch it leave. Sat down at the sea front at Carrick waiting, it was due about 5pm. I had to go on to work, but herself went back down and waited until about 8pm. It never appeared. Apparently it sailed out about 2.30am the following morning.
Would have been something to see.

yea fossil alot of people thought it was leaving belfast port at 5 30 i think it was an error with the tourist board and the telegraph it left belfast at 00 30 me and the wife went down and watched it passing bangor at 01 15 was nice to see her all lit up at night you will have to plan a trip to dubai now to see her ha ha ha!!
