can someone explain to me why i keep getting emails everytime someone replies to my posts  or is that the norm ? Sorry when it comes computers im a bit thick

Apache,
look at the top of the page and you will see a list of blue headings. Click on 'profile'. You will see the option to be notified of replies , click no, scroll down and submit new profile.
